L'Association Libanaise contre la Sclérose en Plaques is a new association, founded in September 2012 and registered in the ministry of interior under the number 1556, with main mission to support the patients with multiple sclerosis disease. Our current location is in building C at The Faculty of Medicine, Saint Joseph University Of Beirut.
Alisep is supported by the OLSEP, which is formed by a team of neurologist from Hôtel-Dieu de France and other various Lebanese regions. AliSEP has also signed an agreement of cooperation with the French association for multiple sclerosis (ARSEP).
Our first event handled the psychological aspect of our patients, and our coming events will discuss the following topics:
• Treatment updates
• Physiotherapy and physical exercise
• Diet
• Speech and swallow
